Creating Your First Form
On this page, we're going to go over the steps to building your first form. Forms can be as simple or complex as you choose to make them. There are heaps of options and customizations available.
Sharing Your Forms
Sharing your form is a key part of your form's journey. What's the point of making a form if no one is going to see it?
Typography & Font Size
We get it, not everyone wants the same font. Don't worry, we got you covered. Changing your font sizes and font family is really easy.
Form Colours
Colours play a big part in making your forms feel like they belong to you. Changing the global colours in your form is straightforward.
Hiding "Built with Formsuite" Badge
If you're on a paid plan you'll able to hide the "Built with Formsuite" badge. Unfortunately, if you're on the free plan this setting will be disabled.
Engagement Notifications
It's important to stay up to date with your form's engagement. By default, the workspace owner will be the one to receive email notifications when someone engages with the form. You can change who receives the emails, or turn off notifications all altogether from within the form settings panel.
Legal Disclaimer & Footer Notes
If you want to add a footer note to your form, this is how you can do that. Footer notes come in great for legal disclaimers or important details.
Required Questions
Easily make journey items required so users cannot skip them. Setting whether or not a journey item should be required can be done in the journey item's setting panel (right sidebar).
Closing Forms
Want to close your form and stop new entries? Closing your form is the best way.
Tracking (Meta, GTM)
The first step is to open the form settings by clicking on the gear icon in the left editor sidebar. This will open a modal with all the form settings available.
Plan & Pricing
Formsuite is completely free with unlimited forms and responses, as long as you stay within our fair usage guidelines. You do not need to purchase any plan to use Formsuite long-term.

Cancelling Subscription
Cancelling a plan is very simple. As a workspace admin, go to Settings>Billing. From here you'll see all the available plans. If you have an active subscription already, you'll see your plan's card will have a "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom.
Team Members
A workspace can consist of many team members. This can be useful when you're working in teams.
Profile
Profiles are simply your details within the workspace. These can only be seen by other members within your workspace. Update your name, email and avatar to add some personal touches to your profile. This will improve the overall experience for everyone in your workspace.
Adding Visuals to Your Forms
Adding visuals to your forms can make or break the overall experience you're going for. Adding a cool image or video does a great job of making your forms better align with your brand, fit within a webpage, or add an extra level of quality.
Drafts & Publish
Whenever you make a change to your form, those changes will automatically be saved as a draft. Drafts are not visible to the public, you can only see your drafted changes within the editor.
Training Your Form's AI
Training your form's AI Assistant is a valuable step in improving your overall form's performance. This will play a key role in your AI Assistant's ability to communicate relevant information to your users when using the AI Conversation journey type.
